Good afternoon Ms. Vaughn, I had a very good time in Miami with the fellas. The hotel room was excellent just for me. I might stay there again in the future. I was a little disappointed that I had to pay extra $100.00 additional to what we talk discussed in the past about staying in the hotel for their fees. I also was disappointed that all the activities at the hotel which was on the website was not available throughout my stay there. I love the location of the hotel because it was right by everything.
I am glad you loved the hotel but disappointed as well that you were not happy with venues, events, etc. closed and or not operating during your stay.
I appreciate your feedback with hopes that you will allow LadyV to service you in a now more open travel environment that will offer available activities.
